Two Feeding bridges in one common housing:
The double feeding bridge SBA 1000 and SBB 1000 made by ESP are a basic instrument for measurements in telecommunications.

  1. The feeding bridge SBA 1000 corresponds to the specifications TBR 21 / 38 of the German Telekom and simulates an ideal feeding bridge because the DC-path has very high impedance and the AC-path has a very low impedance. The DC power supply has an adjustment range from 0 to 100 V and a current limit of max. 100 mA . This allows the use for applications in countries with eg. 48 V or for PABX's with eg. 24 V.xt

    Features:
    • Inductance per feeding coil : L = 5 H ± 5 %
    • DC resistance per line: R = 100 ohms ±10 %
    • Capacitance per line: C = 100 F ±/- 2.5 %

  2. The feeding bridge SBB 1000 is a basic instrument used for telecom applications, specifically in Germany. The feeding bridge B simulates the subscriber feeding circuit of a central office and corresponds to the specifications FTZ 12 TR 21 of the German Telekom.
    A complete DC power supply with a voltage of 0 to 100 V and a settable current limit up to 100 mA is built in. This allows the use for applications in countries with eg. 48 V or for PABX's with eg. 24 V. For measurements in R&D SBB1000 simulates the CO (central office) and provides the DC-feeding of terminal equipment, the separation of AC-signals and the crossover for 16 kHz meter pulse signals (with external generator).

    • DC-resistance per line: R = 500 ohms ± 1%
    • Cross capacitance per line: Cs = 220 F + 50% -10%
