Angeboten ist hier ein gebrauchtes, Binär-Input Modul T001 aus dem ION Castomat Energiemanagement-System.
Mit dem ION Binär-Eingangsmodul T001 werden binäre Signale erfasst und über das Bussystem FireWire (IEEE1394a-Standard) mit 400 Mbps an einen übergeordneten Industrie-PC übertragen. Der Einsatz eines ION BinaryInput T001 ermöglicht die Aufnahme von acht binären, einzeln potentialgetrennten Signalen mit einem 0/24 V Pegel. Die maximale Abtastfrequenz beträgt 250 kHz pro Binäreingang.
Das Gerät ist für den Einsatz auf einer DIN-Hutschiene im Schaltschrank ausgelegt.

In the framework of its portfolio for technical and technological services in industrial plants, the Siemens A&D Group supplies Diagnostic Tools for Automation and Drive Systems. Therefore the CASTOMAT® System was developed.
The system consists of hardware and software components that communicate with each other via PC-based standard bus systems:
  • Ethernet
  • FireWire (IEEE13494a-, IEEE13494b-Standard)
  • PROFIBUS DP
Due to the modular design of the system, the CASTOMAT System can be individually adapted to the requirements of the plant. The system is highly scalable and can be easily expanded in relation to its area of use. Acquisition rates of up to 250 kHz per channel enable a resolution of the measured values up to 4 microseconds. The data can be pre-processed and reprocessed, stored and visualized as well as distributed and analyzed. The system enables the chronologically precise acquisition of data due to time stamping directly in the interface. If an irregularity occurs in the production process, the system picks out the cause of the problem from among the abundance of measured data. The system can thus detect when and where the irregularity occurred. Evaluation of the data analysis finally forms the basis for optimizing the current production process.

Offered here is the Industrial I/O-Node ION BinaryInput T001, part 6AT1124-1BA00-2XA0 of the Siemens Castomat System.

The ION BinaryInput T001 is used in order to acquire binary signals and to transmit the recorded data via the FireWire bus (IEEE1394a-standard) with 400 Mbps to a superior industrial PC. The usage of an ION BinaryInput T001 allows recording eight binary, separate electrically insulated signals within a range of 0/24 V. The maximum sample frequency is 250 kHz per binary input.
The device is designed for applications on a DIN rail within a control cabinet.
